Sunset at Waiwera

Nice mix of colours which always makes me wish I could paint...

Great end of day with my find of the month (July just started!) - a pair of vintage Barker of Earls Barton, England leather lace-ups from the Hospice Shop in Beach Haven! Not sure the year when its made but the size says 55C (maybe its a child's shoe?). Fits me, that's all that matters...oh and only $8 (RM20)...even better!

My heart just skipped to the stars...!

The term "seeing stars" rings true with these lovely booties...the python embossed leather adds definition to already "powerful" pair *takes my breath away* The studs are also done in an understated and very classy way...

"Miss me no more, I am here..."

Sometimes, the boyf big pimpin' E (as he likes to call himself and will be called that from now onwards on my blog - by request) can say the sweetest things (even in his rugby league jersey) LOL I'm not usually very mushy but long-distance makes me a mushy mess, sometimes. ;)

Life as I see it...

The shaded view is sometimes safe,
away from the heat as you observe the race.

Relentless obstacles you may face,
but don't hesitate to join in the fun at your own pace.

Life as I see it...

Since I take many (far too many, some may reckon) pictures in my daily dwellings, I decided to try and start posting one photo a day of things I see that inspires me. Hope you'll enjoy it!

They sure don't make houses like these anymore. I love the architecture, high ceiling (makes it very cool on a hot and humid day minus the a/c), tiled flooring, and art deco/Nouveau embellishments
